Salted Cart Rentals LLC
Golf cart rental
Street legal / 21+ licensed drivers/ Insurance required

Six blocks to the ocean is a short drive and a long walk with chairs, towels, and a cooler.
The cart is rented separately by Salted Cart Rentals LLC — a standalone company, not the house. That separation is deliberate: the rental agreement, the insurance, and the liability all sit with the cart company, and never with the cottage or its owners.

The fine print
The cart is owned and rented by Salted Cart Rentals LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company that holds its own commercial policy and maintains its own books, insurance, and registration. It is not owned by, operated by, or an asset of the owners of The Salted Cottage, and renting it is optional and entirely separate from your stay.
Low-speed vehicles registered in New Jersey may be operated only on roadways with a posted limit of 25 mph or less, by licensed drivers, with all occupants belted. Carts are prohibited on the boardwalk, the beach, sidewalks, and state highways. Municipal ordinances in Spring Lake apply in addition to state law, and tickets are the renter's responsibility.
