Peak Summer Pricing

During peak summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day), a week at the cottage is $3,500. For shorter stays, it is $1,000 per night (with a three-night minimum). We charge a flat, one-time $225 cleaning fee.

(Off-season rates drop to $2,000 a week or $300 a night — a fantastic value for a quiet coastal getaway!)
